More Really is Better
HMR's More is Better approach allows you to eat as much of the foods on the plan as you need to stay full and on track.
Eating more is not usually associated with weight loss—in fact, a common weight-loss misconception is that you have to deprive yourself by eating less to shed those pounds.
With over 40 years of clinically-proven results, HMR is debunking that philosophy. We have found that members who ate more than the prescribed minimum of 3 HMR Shakes, 2 HMR Entrees, and 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in a given day actually lost more weight.
So how does it work?
It comes down to calories—HMR foods, fruits and vegetables are so low in calories, you can eat more of these low-cal, high volume foods so you can stay satisfied throughout the day and still remain on track with your weight-loss goals—and all without ever having to feel deprived. HMR calls this liberating concept "More is Better."
Here's what HMR members have to say about the concept and how it worked for them:
"Before HMR I was CONVINCED that forcing yourself to stay hungry was the only way to achieve and maintain weight loss. I am SO GLAD that HMR proved to me that I was wrong!" — Susan lost 80 lbs. on the at-home plan with coaching*
"The meals are so filling - I was never hungry, compared to other diets I had tried that were way too strict and left me hungry all the time. I don't have to starve myself, if I'm hungry, I can eat more, which is better than starving and giving up or going to get fast food." — Kelly lost 57 lbs. on the at-home plan*
"Every other diet I tried was just that - a diet, a restriction. A battle of willpower and saying 'no.' HMR is so vastly different. It was SIMPLE. Eat and say 'yes.' I could eat as much of the foods on the plan as I wanted. It's so refreshing to be on a diet and not be overwhelmed with constantly having to tell myself 'No, I can't have that' or 'No, I can't have any more for the day' even though I was still hungry, but to actually be able to say 'YES!' and STILL lose weight. HMR's More is Better is a very hard concept to understand at first, but it has been an important key to my success after 20 years of diet failures." — Jennifer lost 60 lbs. using the clinic-based Decision-Free plan*
