Tex-Mex Chili can be made more, or less spicy, depending on your tastes! This recipe is a large batch that can be split into several servings as desired and supports the Phase 1 Healthy Solutions plan and Phase 2.
Ingredients

2 HMR Turkey Chili Entrees

1 15-oz can diced tomatoes with or without jalapenos

1 Tbs chili powder

¼ cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in 2-qt. or larger pot.
Allow to heat through on medium heat, then simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or longer.
Serve with a dollop of fat-free sour cream.
