1 HMR Crustless Chicken Pot Pie Entree
¾ cup peas
¾ cup chopped carrots
1 small potato (cooked and mashed)
Fresh parsley, chopped, for topping (optional)
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix entree with peas and carrots.
Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and place entree and vegetables mixture into dish.
Spread mashed potato over the top of the entree and vegetables.
Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
