Warm, fluffy, protein-packed pancakes make a great breakfast (or anytime meal)! Add fruit and sugar-free syrup as you like. This recipe supports the Phase 1 Decision Free and Healthy Solutions plans and Phase 2. This recipes makes 1 serving at 345 calories.
1 HMR 70 Plus Vanilla Shake
1 HMR Multigrain Hot Cereal
½ cup water (use ¼ - ⅓ cup for waffles)
Blend Multigrain Hot Cereal mix in a food processor until you have a flour consistency. Then mix with the 70 Plus Shake powder and stir to combine.
Add in water and stir until you get a thick batter consistency. (Add less water for a thicker batter, to make waffles.)
Heat a pan (or waffle iron) over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Pour batter into 4 pancakes and cook until golden brown, flip, and cook other side, for 2-4 minutes, until golden brown.
Top with sugar-free maple syrup. (Add fruit if on Healthy Solutions diet plan.)
