Ingredients

1 HMR Mushroom Risotto Entree

¼ cup onions, chopped

1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced

1 Tsp cinnamon
-
½ Tbs sugar-free amaretto syrup
Directions
In a nonstick pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute the onions until soft.
Add the apples and cinnamon and saute for 2-3 minutes, until the apples are soft but still hold their shape.
Stir in the entree and syrup and cook until warm.
