1 HMR Mushroom Risotto Entree

1 Tbs HMR Powdered Peanut Butter

½ cup carrots, diced

½ cup purple cabbage, chopped

½ cup water chestnuts, diced

4 leaves romaine lettuce

1 Tbs low-sodium soy sauce
Directions
Place a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Saute carrots and cabbage until tender.
Add entree and water chestnuts to vegetables in skillet and cook until warm.
Stir in soy sauce and powdered peanut butter.
Spoon into romaine lettuce leaves and roll.
