Ingredients

1 HMR Chicken with Barbecue Sauce Entree

½ cup sliced onions

½ cup sliced bell pepper

¼ packet fajita seasoning

¼ cup water

Juice from ½ lime
-
Optional: ¼ cup salsa
Directions
Place a pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add onions and peppers. Slice chicken intro strips and add to pan. Heat until soft, about 5-10 minutes.
Dissolve seasoning in water and add to pan with lime juice, if desired. Mix together and heat until warm.
Add rice and beans from entree and stir thoroughly. Remove from heat and top with salsa.
