A sweet treat that will satisfy your cravings for decadence without derailing your healthy progress!

Ingredients

1 HMR Vanilla Shake
1 Cup Apple, peeled and chopped
2 Tsp Sugar-free caramel syrup
1 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Pour 6 oz. of cold water into a blender. Begin mixing on lowest speed.
While blender is on, add 1 serving HMR Shake mix, flavorings, and apple. Blend about 10 seconds.
Gradually add 4 or more ice cubes, one at a time (replace blender cover between cubes).
Blend on highest speed for 30 seconds.
