1 HMR Sausage and Potato in Gravy Entree
¾ cup cubed red potatoes
¼ cup chopped white onion
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
2 eggs, scrambled
1-2 tsp all-purpose seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat a pan over medium heat and saute potatoes, onions, green and red peppers until soft.
Add 2 scrambled eggs and the HMR Entree, and cook until warmed through.
Top with seasoning and enjoy!
